DAMAGE WALKTHROUGH

Important: Complete this form before taking possession of camper.  Any damage not noted at time of initial walkthrough is assumed to be new damage and may be charged at the end of your reservation period.

Step 1: Exterior Damage Walkthrough (Please take at least 5 pictures of the exterior and upload)

Suggested areas for review (not all items are applicable to all campers):

· Back of Camper
· Left Side of Camper (door side)
· Right Side of Camper
· Undercarriage
· Tires
· Awning

· Skylights
· Pop-up camper mechanisms
· Roof (viewable area)
· Solar Panels
· Doors/Windows
· Storage items such as chairs, outdoor games, etc.

Step 2: Interior Damage Walkthrough (Please take at least 5 pictures of the interior and upload)
